If a photographer hides their price from you, they are trying to trick you. You aren’t just my client. If I work with you, you become my friend.

It is important to me, as a photographer, to delve beyond the superficial and reveal something of truth. This is an endeavor of care and passion. So, you’ll see that my work hours are not limited by price. When I agree to work with a family, I am in it all the way. I will be there for the preparations and all the way through the end of the reception – even if that’s at 2:00 A.M. I am an artist. I am an invested in the work that I do and when I choose to work with you I care about the results. I limit myself to photographing two weddings a month to make sure that I am spending the proper amount of time and dedication to each and that my perspective is refreshed each time I start a new relationship with a family.

An important note about image format: most photographers will only give you the .jpeg edited images on a DVD. They do this to protect their brand – to control the images associated with their name that are seen by others. I prefer to give my new friends the RAW format negatives in addition to those edited pictures. I do this because your and your family’s happiness is more important to me than an illusion of perfection. Image technology is going to be greatly improved in the coming years. By having the RAW format negatives, that means that you will be able to take advantage of those improvements in technology, and so will your children and your grand children, years and years from now.
